Since 1982 Neil has built a solid reputation in the insurance industry as a highly regarded insurance broker and risk advisor.  Having held senior positions through to directorships in a number of companies, he wanted to create his own business legacy and established Austinsure in 2004.

He is known for innovation and delivering cost-effective and sustainable solutions to an ever increasing client base.  These include SME’s through to major enterprises across a wide range of industry sectors.

Blair Dyer /  Professional Liability Manager
Bachelor of Commerce – Economics,  Grad Dip – Marketing Management

Blair began his professional career in the financial services industry in 1988, specialising in liability insurance since 2003.  He became the Liability Manager for a major insurer prior to joining Austinsure in 2012 and became a shareholder in 2015.

Blair’s considerable Liability underwriting experience prior to joining Austinsure works to great advantage for clients when negotiating with insurers or handling complicated submissions or claims.  He has often been successful in securing cover or getting difficult claims paid when others have failed.

As with the whole Austinsure team, he works passionately with clients to achieve the best outcomes.

Sharon Noyce /  Account Manager
Senior Associate (ANZIIF), CIP, QIB

Sharon’s role is to ensure clients can be confident about their insurance, making certain that the right cover is in place for whatever needs protecting.

In 1993 she began her career in Nelson, working for a major insurance company.  She then went on to join a small Auckland based brokerage in 1999 before moving on to become the New Zealand representative of a global risk advisor.  Sharon spent 5 years looking after the local interests of their major international corporate clients.

Having joined Austinsure in 2009, Sharon took a few years away for maternity leave and has been back with the team since January 2015.

Tim Flowers
Human Risk Consultant

Tim can provide well-rounded advice specific to clients’ needs, including family protection and debt protection for personal insurance, and key person protection, partnership share protection and overheads for businesses.

Tim started in the Insurance industry in 1992, with a special interest in personal risk insurance (focusing on the temporary or permanent loss of an individual through disability or death).

Since then, Tim has broadened his horizons, seeking new knowledge and experiences, which now equip him to offer our clients advice across a wide range of areas. He has successfully completed several papers at Massey University, covering subjects such as personal finance, financial markets and investment, estate and tax planning, and property investment.
