Our strong relationships with insurance partners both in New Zealand and in international markets has led to Austinsure being able to introduce specialist insurance covers to the New Zealand market for Solicitors and Valuers professional indemnity insurance and Roofsure. Our History
In 2004, Neil Austin founded Austin Beresford Limited. In 2009, Neil merged with another broker to create Austin Stone Ltd. On March 3, 2011, Neil Austin purchased the shares of the minority shareholders in Austin Stone, becoming the sole owner in the process, and rebranded the company as Austinsure Ltd. On the 28 July 2015. Blair Dyer purchased a 15 % Shareholding in Austinsure Ltd .On 2 August 2022 Neil Austin and Blair Dyer sold their shares in Austinsure Limited to Steadfast NZ Holdings Ltd as part of the Steadfast Group.
